Design: Contemporary Collage - Style - Eyeshox design, inspired by the clear and symmetrical beauty of steel girder power pylon architecture. In contrast, I set the filigree uniqueness of insects to represent a connection between man, nature,technology and the environment. Using my own collection of photos, self-designed patterns, symbols and Gimp this is D.I.Y. from the idea to the finished printed textile.
Cloth: lightweight (150g/m², 100% ring-spun and combed eco cotton), drop big sized armhole for everybody <3, GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and Confidence in Textile ( OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 ) certifikates. Attention: every piece is unique, as it is hand tie dyed with love, with green,blue to sand.
Print: Front and back - colour gradient from grey to red and back. So every piece is unique. I use absolute durable, waterbased, GOTS certified ink, best quality screenprint, handmade in Dresden.
Attention! Colors and contrasts may look different depending on which monitor or device is used to view the photos. Light colour differences are characteristic for hand-printed textiles, especially when they are not mass-produced in large textile companies. Please see this as a special quality feature that underlines the individual character of the textiles, thank you!
